Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using BeaverBot (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, connecting a wallet, or executing any trade through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Description of Service
BeaverBot is an informational tool that aggregates and displays publicly available data about Solana tokens, and provides a convenience interface for executing token swaps through third-party decentralized exchange aggregators (including but not limited to Jupiter Exchange). BeaverBot does not create, issue, endorse, or guarantee any token listed or displayed on the Site.
2. No Financial Advice — Do Your Own Research
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Information displayed (including price, market cap, volume, momentum scores, or any other metric) is provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any decision to buy, sell, or hold any token. Cryptocurrency markets, and newly launched tokens in particular, carry an extremely high risk of loss, including total loss of funds, due to volatility, illiquidity, abandoned projects, and outright fraud (including but not limited to "rug pulls"). You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
3. Non-Custodial Service
BeaverBot is non-custodial. We never have access to, custody of, or control over your private keys, seed phrase, or funds at any point. All transactions are signed directly by you, in your own wallet (such as Phantom), and broadcast to the Solana network. You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and devices.
4. No Warranty — "As Is" and "As Available"
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEAVERBOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, FAILED OR DELAYED TRANSACTIONS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
- Technical issues, bugs, downtime, or interruptions of the Site;
- Failures, errors, rate limits, downtime, or inaccuracies of any third-party API or service the Site relies on, including but not limited to Jupiter, Helius, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Solana RPC providers, or wallet providers such as Phantom;
- Solana network congestion, failed or dropped transactions, expired blockhashes, or any other on-chain failure;
- Price slippage, front-running, sandwich attacks, or any other market-related event occurring during a swap;
- The actions, omissions, insolvency, fraud, or abandonment of any third-party token issuer, project, or liquidity provider;
- Loss of funds due to user error, including but not limited to incorrect amounts, incorrect token selection, or signing a transaction without fully reviewing it;
- Compromise of your own wallet, device, seed phrase, or private keys.
You acknowledge and accept that any trade you execute through the Site is executed entirely at your own risk and based on your own decision-making.
6. Fees
The Site may apply a platform fee on certain swaps, disclosed at the time of the trade. Fees are deducted as part of the transaction itself and are non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed on-chain.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site integrates with and links to third-party services we do not own, operate, or control, including wallet providers, RPC providers, and decentralized exchange aggregators. We are not responsible for the content, security, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law or regulation, to manipulate or attempt to manipulate any token's price or market data, or to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation.
9. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency-related services where you reside to use this Site. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Site is legal in your jurisdiction.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeaverBot and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
